XP-816 silicone rubber component dealcohol RTV silicon rubber, it has better than 703 gluetemperature, the temperature can reach -60 to +300 DEG C. Easy disassembly and repairafter curing, not yellow, but not resistant to blisters, adhesion slightly worse (if conditions allowheating can increase the bond strength). Three, operation process:
Clean the surface: glued or coated components surface clean, remove dust, dirt, rust etc.
Sizing: the cleaned components placed smoothly, unscrew the hose cap, mounted on thesupporting plastic beak, with a blade on a spit in the required size of openings, glue to gluethe parts can be crowded. This glue is absorbing moisture in the air curing from surface to inner layer, the maximum air curing degree is 2 ~ 4mm, such as more than 4mm depth, the best is two times with, low winter temperatures, curing time will be extended.
